The filter bag is the core filtration component, which accounts for approximately 10% to 15% of the equipment cost. The filter bag material used for making filter bags directly determines the performance parameters of the equipment, such as equipment specifications, dust removal efficiency, emission concentration, working resistance, service life, and other indicators. Filter bag selection
1.1 Selection principles
Filters are usually selected based on the properties of dusty gases and dust, as well as the dust removal method of the filter. The selection should follow the following principles:
(1) Reasonable structure and high capture rate;
(2) Good stripping performance, easy to remove dust, and less prone to scaling;
(3) Appropriate breathability, low resistance, and high filtration accuracy;
(4) Having sufficient strength and good dimensional stability;
(5) Has good temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and wide adaptability;
(6) Wide source of raw materials, stable and reliable performance;
(7) Low price and long lifespan.
The main body of the filter bag is worn out. From the wear marks of the vertical strip in the middle of the filter bag, it can be seen that it was damaged from the inside to the outside, and at the contact point of the vertical strip of the filter bag cage.
If the damage mark is from the inside to the outside and the damage is located in contact with the vertical pole of the luggage rack, it indicates that the vertical pole of the luggage rack has been welded or corroded. Folding and breaking at the touch position, causing damage. This type of wear problem can be solved by replacing the bag cage or adjusting the blowing equipment.
2. What if the damage mark is from the outside to the inside and the damage is in contact with the vertical strip of the cage?
If the damage mark is from the outside to the inside, the damage is located where the vertical strip of the cage contacts. It is often seen that there are friction marks on the outside of the filter bag (adjacent filter bags or boxes). This wear is caused by the deformation of the filter bag cage or the small size of the filter bag equipment, the large diameter or looseness of the filter bag, which leads to the expansion and friction of the contact box components between the filter bag and the filter bag, causing them to wear and tear.
It is usually necessary to replace the bag cage and ensure the quality of the equipment. In the planning process of a bag filter, the distance between the filter bags and the distance between the filter bags and the box structure should not be too small.
3. What type of dust removal equipment should be used to handle gases with high dust concentrations?
In order to handle gases with high dust concentration, please pre dust the cyclone or gravity dust collector of general equipment, while increasing the resistance of the system and increasing energy consumption. Therefore, most filters can be used directly when there is no need to classify dust or finished products.
However, it should be noted that not all bag filters can handle high concentration dust gases.
Only bag filters that meet two requirements are suitable for handling gases with high dust concentrations.
One is that the distance of the filter bag is relatively long, and the other is that the external filtering method of the filter bag is equipped with a continuous cleaning device.
