It has developed from a simple dust removal tool in the past to a fine equipment that can absorb all kinds of metals, nonmetals, oil, water, particulate pollutants, liquids, toxic and harmful gases, etc. It can be seen that human beings have increasingly high requirements for environmental protection and product quality, Industrial dust collectors have long become essential cleaning equipment in industrial production.


When choosing a dust removal bag, first understand the composition of the flue gas: this includes parameters such as dust content, specific gravity, particle size, stickiness, and moisture content of the flue gas. By understanding these factors that determine the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector, the bag type dust removal method, the post-treatment method of the dust removal bag filter material, and the filtration wind speed. In general, pulse bag filters are used for conditions with high dust content and relatively sticky and light dust. The filtering wind speed is mostly controlled above 1.2m/min, and a few conditions are below 1m/min. Depending on the situation, high-pressure reverse blowing dust collectors and cyclone dust collectors can be used. The post-treatment methods for filter materials generally include microporous film covering, water and oil repellency, anti-static (adding conductive yarn during weaving), and easy cleaning treatment.


Based on the temperature, humidity, chemical characteristics of the gas, the size, weight, shape, presence or absence of abrasive particles, as well as factors such as dust concentration, filtration speed, dust removal method, emission concentration, and the working system of the bag filter, all of which are comprehensively considered. Usually, the pulse jet bag filter uses needle felt, and the chamber reverse blowing bag filter or mechanical vibrating bag filter uses woven fabric.


The working life of the dust removal bag is directly related to the operating status of the bag dust collector, so selecting the appropriate filter material is particularly important.
