Therefore, many manufacturers only have membrane covered filter materials, which have high dust removal efficiency.
1. Film coating process

2. Characteristics of membrane covered filter materials
(1) After the dust removal filter material is covered with film, the pore size of the filter material fibers will become smaller, and the pore size of the covered filter material will be reduced by about 12% compared to the previous one without film. The covered needle felt filter material is 59% of the pre covered (pressed) filter material, thus achieving true surface filtration. It is no longer necessary to form a dust layer, and only relying on its own filtering function can achieve good dust removal effect. The experiment shows that the film covered dust removal filter material has an effect on 0.01 μ M-1 μ The dust collection and filtration rate between m ranges from 97% to 99%, with a total dust collection rate of over 99.99%.
