Domestic aramid needle felt (Metas)

Metas fiber belongs to the aromatic polyamide category. In addition to the spinnability and wear resistance of polyester fiber, high-temperature filter bags also have excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, and non melting properties. The fiber oxygen index can reach 29% and is not self igniting. When the temperature is above 400 ℃, the fibers are slowly carbonized. In addition, domestic aramid fibers also have good dimensional stability. Compared with glass fiber, its wear resistance and bending resistance are unparalleled by glass fiber. Therefore, it is resistant to high temperatures and has a long service life, making it the filter material for bag filters in high-temperature filtration applications.
