Filter paper filter bag

Filter bags have excellent chemical stability and heat resistance. High temperature filter bags are representative of high-performance applications in the filter material industry, and are also neutral varieties of all commonly used filter materials. They have achieved high levels of filtration efficiency and accuracy. Commonly used filter materials include PE, PP, PTFE, PMIA, NMO, etc.

The filter bag is a key part of the operation process of a bag filter, and usually a cylindrical filter bag is vertically suspended in the dust collector. The fabric and design of the filter bag should strive for efficient filtration, easy dust removal, and durability.

In pulse and air box pulse dust collectors, dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. When dusty gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, while clean gas enters the interior of the filter bag through the filter material. The cage frame inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag, prevent it from collapsing, and at the same time, it helps to remove and redistribute dust cakes.
